FREE SHIPPING ON $100 AND MORE is proud to offer reliable FREE UPS Ground Services to the nationwide 48 states in the U.S. However, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. Delivery times depend where you live and local UPS Schedules. You should expect to receive your package within one to seven business days from the shipment date. 

Since the promotion is UPS Ground Service Delivery which takes between 1-7 business days, you will not be able to use this promotion if your cart has "Fresh Halal Meat" items. So, please spare your Fresh Halal Meat orders and we will ship them separately (Sorry, no free shipping option for Fresh Halal Meat orders)

Other than Free Shipping option, offers 2day shipping option especially for Fresh Halal Meat and Frozen product deliveries. If your order contains perishables and you live in the states indicated with 2 or more day delivery times below, we recommend that you choose UPS 2 day delivery service.

Our Rates:

Our website is designed to know the package weight before it is even prepared. How? We are able to transfer that data with and receive the exact costs for us to send out this package. Meaning depending on the weight of the package and destination of the package UPS will quote a shipping cost and that is how much we charge our customers.

Perishable Items:

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Please note that if you place an order containing perishables after Thursday, your package might be sent on the first business day in the following week in order to prevent damage and spoilage in the carrier’s warehouses. We prefer to keep the packages in our refrigerated warehouse instead of UPS Stations for your convenience.

Tracking Orders: 

Customers can track their shipments from “My Account” tab. Once they log in and view the order they have made, there will be hyperlink with the Tracking Number, by clicking on the link our website will send you to with the tracking information already entered in. All you have to do is view where it is.

Or you may track your shipment manually after you receive shipping confirmation email which includes UPS tracking number and by using site or by calling 1 800-PICK-UPS for your shipment status.

Receiving Your Order:

If you have not received your order within 7 business days please contact We will trace your shipment with UPS. You should be contacted within 24 hours with an answer. If it is confirmed that your package is lost, we will either replace it, or, credit the amount to your credit card account. The items with physical damage will be replaced with the same item, excluding the perishable items.

DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE(S), if you received item(s) that you did not order. Your correct selection will be shipped when we receive the item unopened.

Shipping to different locations: makes it easy to ship an order to an alternate location. This feature is particularly useful if you have elderly parents you are taking care of, children in different areas of the country going to school, or if you’re going on vacation and want supplies there when you arrive.

You only need to change the "ship to" address for a particular order. Please remember that your billing address must be exactly as your credit card company has it. Any discrepancy will delay your order. It's that simple.

Re-Scheduling the delivery:

You can change the delivery date on any order that has not yet been shipped by calling Customer Service. Package re-routing may delay the packages arrival depending on the new destination.

When sending to a residential address, the standard practice is to leave the package at the door if no one is home. If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, you should inform us when you place an order. A signature is required for all packages sent to an office, a college dorm, a hotel room etc. If you request for signature proof and no one is home when UPS delivers the package, the courier will take the package back to local UPS Station and it will be the recipient’s responsibility to pick it up or schedule a redelivery. Please note that UPS does not keep the packages refrigerated and is not responsible for any delays and spoilage.
