Zaika Tarhana 500Gr
A tale of love and hard work from Anatolia. One of the oldest instant soups, it is based on a fermented mixture of grain and yogurt, with a variety of spices. Traditionally, the soup mix is prepared in summer by women as a collective project to be enjoyed by the whole village during winter. Nowadays it is mixed in modern facilities without any compromise from its authentic taste.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, yoghurt, pepper paste, tomato paste, onion, dried mint, yeast, cooking salt.
Recipe: Put some oil and two minced garlic cloves in your pot and fry. Add tomato or 1 teaspoon tomato paste to this mixture and fry. One tablespoon of tarhana per person, add 1.5 cups of cold water for each spoon. After boiling on low heat for a few minutes, serve.

Tarifi: Tencerinize bir miktar yağ ve kıyılmış iki diş sarımsak koyup kızartın. Bu karışıma domates veya 1 tatlı kaşığı salça ilave ederek kavurun. Bir kişiye bir çorba kaşığı tarhana olmak üzere, her kaşık için 1.5 su bardağı soğuk su ilave ediniz. Birkaç dakika kendi halinde kısık ateşte kaynadıktan sonra servis ediniz.
