'Dissolve Pakmaya ADY in warm water at 35°C. Stir and allow to stand for 10 minutes.Quantity of Pakmaya Active Dry Yeast 100 g may vary according to the recipe as well as to the baking process. The recommended levels are 1-2% based on flour weight.
